As the Pastry Chef of Hôtel de Crillon, Carlin’s creativity and passion for pastry takes center stage as he crafts original and tantalizing desserts. With prior experience in Michelin-starred Parisian restaurants, Carlin brings his expertise to elevate the sweet creations of Butterfly Pâtisserie.
