Pop up restaurant Fabula has announced its highly anticipated second season, featuring the renowned culinary talents of Julien Dumas, a Michelin star chef.
Inspired by the breathtaking French gardens of the Carnavalet Museum, Dumas has crafted a menu that pays delicate homage to the beauty of plants, with a spotlight on fragrant herbs taking center stage. The chef is known for his work at Michelin-starred Bellefeuille, where his creations are an ode to the ephemeral beauty of the changing seasons.
Adding to the sensory experience, Rémy Savage, acclaimed as the world’s best mixologist in 2022, has created a cocktail menu that echoes the naturalist inspiration of the chef. The result is a harmonious blend of flavors and aromas that promises to captivate the senses.
Fabula, which translates to “story” in Latin, offers a dining experience like no other. It is known to be one of Paris’ finest terraces, where one can while away mild summer evenings nestled under the greenery of one of Marais’ most iconic mansions. 16 Rue des Francs Bourgeois, 75004 Paris. www.fabula.paris
