The kitchen area will be abuzz with 45-minute masterclasses led by esteemed chefs like Chloé Charles, Jarvis Scott and Baptiste Trudel who will share their culinary expertise. The grill kitchen will be the star of the show, featuring two BBQ demonstrations showcasing both interior and outdoor barbecue cooking, led by a team of fifteen specialists from around the world, including the renowned expert and bestselling author of The Barbecue Bible, Steven Raichlen, whose book has sold four million copies worldwide.

The drinks selection will not disappoint, with three bars to choose from, including an outdoor option. Visitors can enjoy offerings from popular brewers such as Bud, Demory Paris, and Bap Bap, as well as Fils de Pomme’s organic cider. Additionally, a winegrowers’ village will be on-site to help guests discover new wine pairings to complement their barbecued meats.

The festivities will not be limited to food and drink alone. There will be a range of activities to engage visitors, including the exciting showdown competition and the French hot sauce championship, Piment d’Or.

Attendees can also try their hand at axe throwing or petanque, or indulge in a refreshing haircut or shave at a traditional barbershop. For those seeking a more permanent souvenir, Tin-Tin Tatouage, president of the Syndicat National des Tatoueurs, will be present at the show, ready to ink the Barbecue Expo logo on interested visitors – providing free entrance for life! Get ready to experience a feast for the senses that will leave you craving more.

Barbecue Expo 2023 will take place at the Parc Floral, located in the picturesque Bois de Vincennes from Friday 14 to Sunday 16 April 2023.
